Very welcoming and friendly staff. Always willing to answer any questions and help you in any way they can. They take the time to get to know the person they are caring for and the family as well etc. Encourages independence for every resident. A home from home. Happy, helpful and friendly staff. Clean, warm and very welcoming. Staff are always on hand to answer questions and help residents when called for. Meals cooked on-site are healthy and nutritious and my father is allowed to eat whatever he likes. Would recommend it to anyone.

From the first contact with The Laurels, when I knew it was a lovely place, to our first visit with my father, it was obviously a great choice. The care, consideration and organisation of his move, were exemplary. The ongoing care has been great - and I'm completely happy with everything. I no longer have to worry about him, and he is so much happier and contented.
